Elegee Custom Instrument Warranty

All Elegee products carry a five year (one year for electronics) limited warranty from the date of purchase from Elegee authorized distributors. As soon as you purchase one of our guitars, it will only take a few minutes of your time to register the product below. Registering your product helps you gain access to a quicker and more efficient service and support.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to contact you in regards to this inquiry.

By registering your bass or guitar, your Elegee instrument will be added to our database. By doing so you will help us keep a record of its history and ownership. Should you have any questions about your bass and would like to learn more about its history of ownership, please contact elegeecustom@gmail.com.

Below are the terms and conditions under which your guitar is covered under our warranty:

• It is valid only to the original retail purchaser of the product and applies only to Elegee-distributed products or an authorized distributor.

• Damage or malfunction within six-months from the date of purchase.

• The instrument has not been tampered with / modified / repaired by persons outside of authorized Elegee team. Only our team may perform warranty service and any service performed by unauthorized persons will void this warranty.

• Elegee may refuse to provide inspection, repair or replacement service for products that are out of warranty and will charge fees if these services are provided for out-of-warranty.

• Elegee will perform inspection of the instrument upon its arrival and will advise on the timeline for completion of services. The repaired instrument or part will be returned to you right after.

• Shipping costs and insurance are dues and payable by you prior to the return shipping of your instrument.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Defects or damage from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to excessive temperature or other environmental conditions, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, Acts of God, spill of foods or liquids.

• Shipping damages of any kind.

• Product exchange, monetary refund or credit on any products that have been repaired, replaced or have been in use beyond the warranty period.
